On to other, more drastic news, I'm making an adjustment to how the Patreon works. Up until now, I've had it where first time Patrons would only have to pay once the first of the month came by. The problem with this method is that some people have been pledging just to peek at my stories before backing out or keep cancelling the day before the pay date to avoid ever being charged. To avoid a problem down the line of a story suggestion or a Patreon commission falling victim to this practice, I'm going to start charging upfront upon pledging to the Patreon.
I understand that this is a harsh change, but it's a necessary one. Current Patrons will only be effected should they decide to upgrade their pledge. This does bring the risk of getting double charged if you pledge just before the new month approaches, so I would recommend pledging or upgrading early in the month to get the most bang for your buck.
