2021 Prompt Story Poll Results and Comments

The prompt story poll has concluded. While I didn't get a very sizable pool of replies, what few I did receive were able to give a majority vote to one of the many candidates. This small size could be attributed to several things, the biggest thing being how close it was to the hectic holidays. I'll have to keep this in mind for next year's event and try to plan accordingly.

As for the winning story, I'm going to keep it a secret to leave it as a surprise for when it finally comes out. Please look forward to it.

Now as for the magical music curse the voters decided to unleash upon the world, they decided on filling the human population's ears with Weird Science by Oingo Boingo. The ramifications of this decision will be revealed at a later date.

Let me now take some time to address various comments and media recommendations given to me over the course of the poll. 

"Watch Arcane. Will you use other prompts in a future poll?"

-I already have it on my to watch list and will eventually get around to it. And yes, I will re-use the other prompts in the future when the time is right.

"Halo Infinite"

-Played a good bit of the multiplayer long enough to grow a distinct distaste for the progression system. Fun game though. 

"Final Fantasy XIV Endwalker"

-While I am interested, I am also aware of the massive time sink that would entail. Should I ever find myself with a wealth of free time, I may look into it. That being said, I've heard it's not the easiest thing to get into, literally, due to the latest expansion crowd.

"Katamari is good!"

-Always meant to try it out, but never had a chance outside of an old demo disc I had for my PS2.

As for the various well wishes and compliments, I appreciate each and everyone of them. They will be the perfect fuel to get me through the rest of the year and beyond.
