Prompt: Instead of holding him there with chains, Wolf Link (Twilight princess), was forced to act as the castle garbage disposal. As a result, he has grown into a blob barely recognizable as a wolf that Midna struggles to free.

   Sneaking her diminutive form around in the dungeons below Hyrule castle, Midna kept her eye out for the recent prize that Zant had claimed. Legend spoke that a wolf marked with the triforce of courage and been tossed into a cell. Hoping to use the captured hero for her own gains, Midna followed the sounds of low growls and panting to try and find Link. Though she managed to locate the cell, it wasn’t exactly the image she had been expecting.

   Upon arriving at the right holding area, she was surprised to see that the door was wide open. The reason was that the enormous blob of green and grey furred flab stood little chance of squeezing through the entryway. Daring to float into the cell, Midna winced at the awful stench that surrounded the enormous, living hair ball. She got more than a mouthful of the noxious odor as the fat wolf swept his tail across his plump butt cheeks. Moving away from Link’s backside, her vision momentarily lingered on the blubber-laden, stubby legs located beneath his hulking mass. Coming up to Link’s face, she was shocked to see his cheeks were plumped up and his maw hung open to leave a puddle of drool across the floor.

   As Midna pondered how Link could have gotten like this, she heard the loud clang of pipes going through the walls. Heaving himself up on his overburdened legs, Link pushed past the imp to make his way towards a large tube located in the corner of his cell. Opening his mouth up wide, he eagerly accepted a downpour of rotten and stale food that came pouring down from the tube. Judging by the smell, Midna had to assume that they were feeding the wolf whatever leftovers the kitchen staff didn’t want. Forced to wait until the wide wolf finished off his meal of garbage, Midna tried to think if it was even worth trying to figure out how to get him out of the jail cell.
