New deck look and feel (WIP)

Over the time developing this app, one of the most confusing elements I've heard feedback about is the act of editing / upgrading decks. For those people that started out using ArkhamDB it probably comes naturally, but many users have started with the app now.

To help address some of these issues (as well as prepare for the ability to view decks you cannot edit -- i.e. your friends decks accessed via campaign sharing), my wonderful designer (Sarnetsky) came up with a tweaked UX structure for the decks built around modes (view, edit or upgrade).

In addition to updating to a custom dialog system that is more in keeping with the rest of the app, you can see in this video the start of the new system, and how the UI adjusts itself to put the most important information in the correct place. But old users of the app should still find it familiar -- you can still make changes directly and it will shift into this mode automatically. This also has freed up some space in the UI for the new 'action' button, which makes some of the most useful features accessible and closer to your thumbs than the side menu.

Still a bit more work to finish polishing some of the details, but I'm hoping to get this released when the app store re-opens after Christmas.
