Helena takes to the Pommel

Doubly so considering her usual failures with the opposite gender and more.... and whenever she finds it all a little to much she goes to the gym and does a bit of a routine on a Pommel
So I had started this one a while back, but, for a number of reasons was unable to really finish it until now after I completed a certain project. Now that it's over I can work on other things.
