Though let's be honest, they certainly don't lend themselves well to having sexy ladies in the actual lore, since they seem like the kind to actually follow normal reptile biology. And that utterly hate Chaos, so that's not an avenue to make them sexy. I'm just being a huge overthinking buzzkill on this, so don't mind me too much, I'm not going to literately think "this would make zero sense in the actual setting and it is therefore bad and I am offended and blah blah blah".

Because I don't know why a female lizardman from warhammer in particular would be of interest, since I'm sure they would be like actual female lizards and lack mamaries, unlike similar beings from many other settings. Eh, I'm probably just overthinking things.
