He showed zero remorse/reservations about what he did to Vodka (let's face it, while he knew it wouldn't kill her, at the very least, it was going to corrupt her or draw the Queen to her, which meant that she was getting hauled back to the hive, one way or another, and barring an escape, would likely not be the last time Vodka was impregnated). He's certainly hotheaded enough, I think, to disobey her though.
