2019-05-29 23:07:08 +0000 UTCYeah, Adam didn't teach her many "tricks" in exception of some oral fun for his own benefit, as we saw in Episode II. That's one of the main reasons why the Queen is -indeed- being overwhelmed by all those sensations she has never felt before, at the same time she's a bit confused -and curious- because she never had such close interactions with another female.

I am guessing even though Adam may have taught her a couple of things about screwing around beyond just rutting, that he didn't really return the favor all that often, and the Queen is just being overwhelmed by these relatively novel sensations....
