Ooh, Bukka is not a sniper. She's a well-trained agent, but sniper rifles are not her speciality :) There are two main reasons why she missed the shot. She barely uses revolvers (unlike Vodka), and the fact her hands are massive in her Breeder form made things even more complicated. Anyways, the revolver will appear again in a different path, perhaps leading to more fortunate events!
