Glad you like it :) Before drawing the belly itself, I usually scribble some kind of spiral in the area where the belly goes, which helps me to determine it's depth, width and/or length. The center of that spiral is the approximate area where I draw the belly button. It might sound a bit weird explained with words XD, so I should try to create a tutorial or a video doodling a pregnant character to show how I do the whole process.
