In this final effort, she needs a constant flow of very select individuals who can keep up with her pace and fulfill -or in most cases, go beyond- her production quota; there's an entire planet to claim and there'll be plenty of time to rest after that...

Definitely not, unless the Supreme Leader has an ace up her sleeve... like some kind of special weapon or technology. The Breeder Empress' forces could raze Utopia to the ground in a matter of hours, but she wants to make 100% sure she can guarantee her victory. And she's about 10 ft now. Much taller in comparison with her previous 8.7 ft.
