I enjoyed so many aspects of this cover like it's Y2K vibes, our rap line poppin OFF and our vocalists bringing some insane energy to us!

The original song from 1995 was released to persuade teenage runaways to go back to their parents instead of living on the streets and figure out solutions. And (don’t quote me on this) but I did remember someone saying the youth homelessness rate actually went down after? BTS wrote some new lyrics, also going into the despair and hopelessness the teenagers must be feeling to make them run away (like jin and hobi in the beginning) and then give strength. I love the line “because we’re young there’s a decent future.”
