I am THRILLED to announce that I finally conquered my 4 year long fear of psychedelic mushrooms yesterday & microdosed ๐คฏ I shared these pics on IG soooo itโs kinda lame that you already saw them, BUT what I didnโt share on IG is that we took a lil bit of our homemade psilocybin extract before our hike. Iโll probably upload a sesh once my friends leave town on Saturday talking about my experience. The last time I took shrooms & actually kept them down (lol ๐คข) was 2016 & I have been a little spooked of them since. I didnโt even have a bad trip in 2016! I was just going into thought loops/overthinking a lot, so I held off from doing them for a while. I am SO proud of myself for coming back around to them because I truly believe psilocybin is a powerful medicine & plant ally that I want to know for the rest of my life. We had a lovely & very mild mini trip in the forest yesterday. I really enjoyed microdosing because it gave me the ability to just dip my toes back in the water & not go all in with like an eighth of shrooms or some shit! I was never overwhelmed I was really just in awe of all the mushrooms, moss, crazy tree shapes & beautiful landscapes! 10/10 would do it again! ๐ Just wanted to share because Iโm really proud of myself for overcoming my anxiety around tripping & just doinโ it brothers!!!

We stayed at a nice little airbnb and both took half a chocolate which I was told was a dose each. I had the same experience, stuck in emotional loops and i was very overwhelmed with how powerful the high was. I wanted more from the experience, it did make me feel better to read you tried them again and had a better time!
