Anxiety/Stress Vent Sesh

I just need to chill tf out & am scared it'll make panic because I've taken such a long tolerance break (like over 3 weeks). I'm struggling with balancing my work load & being able to celebrate this weekend & it's all just a lot :-/ Lmk if you can relate below!
