Wishing Stone Game Part 01
Added 2019-04-04 04:14:17 +0000 UTCAfter high school Steven had really felt like he let himself go. He’d never had a perfect six pack but at the same time when he grabbed his belly there wasn’t a full layer of fat there either. And watching himself drift deeper and deeper into what he called a ‘full bellied fat person’ just made him all the more worried. He’d tried going back to the gym more often but with his tight schedule at his brick laying job, lazing off on the couch with a beer sounded so much better than going to the gym.
“Whatever…” he groaned as he pulled out another beer from the fridge and sat on the couch. Tomorrow would be the day he started working out again. Just like yesterday and the day before that; he'd start his workout tomorrow. But one of these days he was going to do it.
“Feet off the coffee table!” Kevin shouted at Steven. “I don’t need your dirty feet messing up the furniture.” He brushed the feet off and forced Steven’s steel toed shoes back to the ground. “Anyways mail’s here. But we got a package addressed to both of us.” The small brown wrapped box easily fit in his hand. “Did you order anything?”
“No?” Steven took another sip of his beer. “What would I buy?”
“I don’t know!” Kevin replied. His voice raised awkwardly like it always did. He wasn’t very good at talking to Steven. Steven knew his roommate always had a bit of a thing for him but even now he felt like the way his body was getting even Kevin wasn’t much interested anymore. “Should I open it?”
“Why the Hell not?” Steven asked. His bulky body leaned forward on the couch as he watched Kevin toss it between his hands.
“I don’t know!” he shouted again. “I guess we don’t know what it is. What if it’s dangerous?”
“What if it’s not?” Steven mocked. “C’mon you don’t have any enemies online do you?”
“No… I guess not…” Kevin started to mess with the paper just to open the box. He pulled out a long receipt looking paper and a blue stone popped out. Kevin’s eyes scanned the paper seeing what this was. “It says it’s a game… A wishing game...”
Steven let out a laugh. “A what?!” he leaned forward grabbing the paper out of Kevin’s hand.
Kevin grabbed the stone and started to examine its blue glimmer. In the light it gave off a mysterious glow he couldn’t quite look away from. Steven was too busy reading the instruction on how it was a two to four player game. ‘Each person goes around and makes a wish. However no one else part of the group is supposed to know what the wish is, otherwise the game is over and the person who was able to guess the wish is considered the winner. The wish does not have to be exact but close enough to the original wisher's intent. The winner is able to say who’s wishes are kept and which ones are tossed. Feel free to invite others in at any time. The more the merrier!’
“The fuck is this shit?” Steven said still laughing a little bit. “It must be some kind of joke.”
However, Kevin was currently holding the stone in his hands. Steven looked up and saw his mouth moving but there wasn’t any sound coming out of it. He knew Kevin was talking but didn’t know what he was saying. “Alright. It’s your turn,” Kevin cautiously handed the stone back to his friend.
“Wait. What?” Steven asked.
“I made my wish. It’s your turn,” Kevin said again. His hand was starting to shake as he held out the stone. Steven stared stone wondering what Kevin just did. It had to be a prank. But Kevin was so inept at anything like that, Steven just brushed it off. “So I just make a wish?” Steven asked.
“Yeah. I think you can wish for anything. But when you do it’ll be my turn again. The glow of the stone seemed to disappear when I did it.”
“What are you talking about? It’s glowing brighter than ever!” Steven held onto the stone and wondered what he should do. If he just made a wish and then it was a joke then Kevin would probably just start laughing at him. But if it was real… “Fuck… I wish that I kept working out properly since I was in high school.” The stone shined brightly blinding him and then that mysterious glow seemed to disappear just like Kevin had said. He set the stone down almost a little confused.
But his body felt different. It felt so warm. Like he was just stepping into a sauna. Sweat started to drip off his body. For some reason his muscles felt even more sore than usual. It was like he’d just gone to the gym. But he hadn’t been there for nearly a month. Looking down at his body, he couldn’t believe what he was seeing. His muscles were flexing, then relaxing, then flexing again. Quickly adding more and more definition to them.
Fat was rapidly melting off his body but he wasn’t getting any smaller. His muscles too over that size. Then grew past it. He could feel the muscle just building onto his already strong frame. “Fuck…” Steven groaned. His pecs had pushed far out in front of his belly while he could feel almost each of the six individual abs sticking out in front of him. He quickly raised his shirt to get the full experience of his calloused hands rubbing up and down the washboard in front of him. He finally realized that Kevin was still watching him, biting his lip hard. “Sorry,” he smiled dropping his shirt again.
“No don’t stop on my account,” Kevin joked. “I don’t mind one bit.” He adjusted himself on the chair as he leaned forward again. “Can I..? Can I feel?”
“Huh?” Steven paused for a second thinking about it. For some reason it wasn’t really bothering him all that much that Kevin was being so forward all of a sudden. “I don’t think that’s a good idea.”
“Okay…” Kevin leaned back again. He looked a little upset but Steven wasn't exactly gay. “I guess not. But I can’t believe you wished yourself to be so much bigger.”
Steven stared realizing that Kevin had just watched him grow as well. “What? It’s that obvious?” The stone shined brightly then went out.
“I mean… Yeah? I just watched it happen,” Kevin crossed his arms as he said it. “I’m guessing if it wasn’t to be bigger then it must have been something about working out more…”
“Yeah…” Steven conceded again.
“I mean…” Kevin was about to say something but a blue screen popped up in front of him. “What the…” he jumped back and the screen jumped with him. He stared at it blankly.
“What’s that?” Steven tried to get closer but he couldn’t read anything on it.
“It’s our wishes…” Kevin said. “I mean it’s only two, but I think it’s supposed to keep track of them all. Says you wished that you kept working out since high school.”
“Yeah… Didn’t really like the fat all that much,” Steven said. He stood up and walked over to the bathroom mirror. He had to get a better view of his arms. The 16 inches were so much more defined than they had been. And the tribal tattoo he’d gotten back in high school looked so much cooler as it wrapped around his solid strong arms. He stood there flexing for a second looking at his body from every angle. Even through his shirt, he could see the strength built up from his pecs and his ass pushed hard against the shorts he was wearing. “Man… Can't wait till the guys at work get a load of this. If he didn’t notice this change… I wonder what else I could have wished for…”
“Who says we can’t play again?” Kevin was busy watching from the hallway. “Maybe we can even invite some friends.”
Steven stood still, struck by the idea. A grin crossed his face as he thought about everything he wanted to wish for. “Fuck yeah!” he shouted flexing his body again.
Kevin flinched at the loud roar but smiled thinking about it a little more. So many of Steven’s jock friends were going to be even easier to trick. “Hey Steven…”
“Yeah?” he asked. His eyes had already gone back to checking his body.
“Would you ever consider having sex with me?” Kevin asked.
Steven stopped and looked Kevin up and down. The smaller guy didn’t really have much that made him stand out. The thinner frame was constantly covered up by clothes far larger than he needed to wear. He’d hide behind his glasses and didn’t have all that much confidence. “I don’t know. I might consider it. If I was drunk enough,” he laughed hard still looking over his body.
A smile filled Kevin’s entire face as he said so. “Really!?”
“Yeah man. I guess?” Steven replied. It was really just supposed to be a joke but the more he thought about it the more he wasn’t completely against it. He left the bathroom and gave the other guy a pat on the shoulder. “So you gonna tell me what you wished for?”
“Heck no! You should have figured it out on your own!” Kevin laughed in his face. “Maybe next time you should be a bit more observant.”
“Maybe next time I won’t wish for something so obvious,” Steven replied. “C’mon let’s get another game started.”
