Dorothy's parents won last month, so they're ruled out for this month. Generally, we try to limit ourselves to characters who have actually appeared in the strip and/or have a name. Generally. The second rule is you're not gonna cheat me into revealing guarded information early, so don't vote with that aim. :)

It's "69 Mouse-Ear Blvd," and I'm not sure why everyone keeps forgetting the number at the beginning. (I'm not one to talk, though - I'm embarrassed to admit that I had been reading the "author's" name for the longest time as "Mc-Ho-ARE-Ney," completely missing the pun.)
