Raidah will slit throats to get where she wants to be. She's just using Dorothy's morality against her.

Omnithea

aww Dorothy :( someone hug her please!

Sumit

I think that I agree with Raidah in that I too would not trust someone who's goal was to become the President of the United States.

Dan Curtis

@Andrea, great analysis, but quick note that your Freudian is slipping in that second sentence ("Dorothy's wife").

Harold

Hey Lucy, change of plans: how about Egg McMuffins. Raidah’s being mean. “OK!!!!!!😍😍🥹🥹” “You’re invited too Dorothy.”

Shane Wegner

If Dorothy doesn’t bounce back from this in like a panel or two, she may need actual help. Seen it once or twice IRL.

Shane Wegner

I’m just gonna say it. Dorothy‘s wife is a mess right now and I feel sorry for her. Even if going to Yale isn’t what she wants to do anymore, it’s obvious she doesn’t have a back up plan, and is wondering where her future is going to be. If she is romantically yearning for a choice and is jealous of Joe, it really does suck that someone she likes and her first possible same-sex attraction is out of reach, in her mind. It also sucks that Joyce is unaware of Dorothy suffering right now. I think Joyce would help her through this if she knew.

Andrea Andrew

She doesn't think that lawyers have a moral high ground, she just wants to be hurtful.

Lauralot

That's real rich coming from Raidah, who responded to "don't we all agree we should prioritize rhetorical oneupmanship less than understanding the human cost of our actions?" with "Future lawyer. That's a no."

Lauralot

Also, Raidah was not so much clever here. If Cocky Walky's smarty, he will bash her for saying it to Dorothy. Breakfeast is over and Raidah will miss an opportunity to get any advantage from him. She was very dumb here.

Amós Batista

Uh yeah, okay Raidah, suddenly not feeling real hungry. Catch ya on the flip.

Uniquitous

That’s some awfully judgy stones a future lawyer is throwing there. If Raidah thinks Lawyers have some kind of innate moral high ground over presidents she is sorely mistaken.

Lyman Green

Imma be honest, I don't breakfast with people who insult my friends. General rule, you know.
