2023-06-05 04:36:05 +0000 UTCJust look at the head tilts and increasing smiles in the alternating-speaker sequence of panels after the initial panel that establishes them still embracing. Compositionally we see both their heads tilted at the same slope to make for a nice visual rhythm, but from *their* point of view they're both tilted to the left, which means that, if perchance their faces were to approach very, very closely, the approach would not be terminated by the bumping of noses.
