That's not fun or interesting at all. And I can better use that Halloween callback to "don't make crucial decisions when you're too high or too low" later in conversation with Ruth.

It conveys her state of mind way better if we use absolutely no inner thoughts whatsoever, as she's frozen in place back where we last saw her.
