What gets me is that any attempt to point out the racial bias in her actions is definitely going to fall on deaf ears. You know she married a black guy and in her mind reached racial sensitivity apotheosis. She can’t conceive that it’s possible that there’s any way in which she could grow or improve.

Walky may well have ADD/ADHD. As he transitions to adulthood, it becomes nobody else's responsibility more than his to look into that though. Doesn't mean Linda can't also work on her many and various flaws also of course.
