Unused strip for November 21, 2021
Added 2021-12-19 19:02:12 +0000 UTCAt first the Joyce/Dorothy Atheism scene in the cafeteria was going to be with Joyce/Sarah in the hallway! My original idea was to raise the idea of "I'M ATHEIST NOW, I HAVE NO MORE LEARNING TO DO" and then immediately smash it with Joyce being bad at understanding some other topic, and this strip frustrated me in that I couldn't immediately leap to that misunderstanding immediately, so I tried it again with Dorothy? And then that attempt didn't make that immediate jump either? I kept on having things to say first??? Really annoying! But Dorothy's version had a better angle at the topic, so I kept plugging at it instead of going back.
Honestly, I probably coulda kept this one anyway. Some stuff gets restated later by Dorothy and/or Joyce, but the overlap isn't, like, Greedo/Special Edition Jabba bad or anything.
