2019-12-09 03:33:57 +0000 UTCOh yeah, this song indeed has a lot of power and aggression; and you are right, it's definitly a 90ies thing...Limp Bizkit were one of the bands which created a new style of rock/metal music, which has been called Rap Metal or Nu Metal. besides Korn and Linkin Park for example. This style combines aggressive metal riffs with rap vocals and groovy rhythms, and it was a quite big thing in the 90ies! Not really my cup of tea, to be honest.. But indeed Limp Bizkit and also Linkin Park have changed their style very much later on; they are still aktive, but nowadays they make a more "mainstream" pop rock, which I like even less than their older songs... some of them are quite catchy, in some way I agree here with Ryan. Check out for example "Behind blue eyes", this has been their greatest hit and is a sort of a catchy ballad (it's a cover from another band) It's a nice song, but I 've heard it too many times on every radio station... Anyway, at least I've enjoyed your reaction, you are so nice and charming as always:-)
