Peter won last month, so he's ruled out for this month. Generally, we try to limit ourselves to characters who have actually appeared in the strip and/or have a name. And you'd think no body parts. The second rule is you're not gonna cheat me into revealing guarded information early, so don't vote with that aim. :)

She might not have been good at articulating it yet, but we do have at least one bonus strip that shows us she liked the name "Jocelyn" for herself before Joyce was even born.
