I thought that the comic had abandoned the kind of whimsical superhero element post time skip, since we didn’t really have that much AmaziGirl so I’m glad to see it’s back

That guy looks more like the guy Amazi-Girl punches in https://www.dumbingofage.com/2010/comic/book-1/01-move-in-day/move/, and he's seen there in the company of the same guy he's with in that strip from the kidnapping. Those two never got tags, so I wonder if the tagging may be inconsistent.
