I know I'm super late but hopefully you see this. The Super Soldier Serum Steve was injected with was the same serum that Emil Blonsky got in The Incredible Hulk. The serum that made him run super fast and very agile, was what Steve got. Gave him super strength as well, but we never saw that. So thats why Blonsky was so strong as the Abomination. He got the Super Soldier Serum, plus the Gamma Radiation from Bruce's blood, turning him into a Hulk like monster. Just a cool bit of trivia.
