2024-11-19 04:24:35 +0000 UTCI know this is an older reaction, but I just watched it and I have to say, the subtitles on this movie are TERRIBLE! And I'm not talking about spelling errors. I counted over three dozen captions that were completely wrong, such as when multiple Jacks were in the brig, one of the subtitles says, "Off their winges," (what???) when Jack actually said "Half-barrel hinges" right before lifting the door off its hinges. And I wasn't even counting from the beginning. I started counting after I'd seen enough incorrect lines for it to annoy me. I bet there's over 50 in total. This was a fun reaction and a great movie, don't get me wrong. I had a blast watching along. I just had to rant about the subtitles. Did no one watch with subtitles on to check the quality before this was released? Do they not provide the subtitle people with a script or something so they get it right? They really should have.

2022-10-08 17:45:19 +0000 UTCthe Dutchman is suppose to ferry souls to the other world and the place they do it isn't in our world, so no, she can't visit because they are not suppose to be here. Regarding their fate, they was a LOT of debates whether his curse is lifted because he completed his task and his love didn't leave him, or he can only come every 10 years for eternity. I chose to believe that he can live on land after the 10 years and no more curse because i like that ending better (:

She chose to take form as a crab due to the pirates attributing it as her symbol. When she was shouting before taking the crab form, she's yelling insults in her native tongue.
