Let me pretend to be Mr. Editor: While Nami calling Neptune- grandpa is obviously not a great look, the way she does it โO-gi-chanโ the O prefix is to give respect and the chan is for affection so she kind of does it in a more playful way than disrespectful. Imo much better than mindless Luffy calling him old man. It was the same when they learned Dragon was Luffyโs dad, she referred to him most respectfully. I would argue in terms of linguistics, Nami is playful but actually very decent compared with some of the barbarity on this crew ๐

Or Posidonโs the one that can split the sea and Neptuneโs is just a weapon? Wouldnโt Poseidon be the Ultimate Enemy of devil fruit eaters because the sea rejects them and heโs the seaโs โGodโ? Like he created the sea in the first place? Plus, I think that guy has a lobster claw on his hand because you know how much fish hate hooks ๐
