Hey guys, just a heads up that this week's episode is on the way. It's uploading now and will be done in around an hour. It's over two and a half hours long so it takes a minute.

This week, I think you all will enjoy seeing Q and Niki D'usse talk with a few old and mid-old heads. It's a great show that was fun, celebratory, and serious.

Here's a quick background story behind this week's episode. I actually thought I deleted this week's video on Monday morning. I was clearing up room on my workstation by deleting large files and moving them to an external hard drive or trash-bin. My heart dropped when I didn't see the file in it's normal folder. It's unlike me to delete files cause I'm a digital hoarder. I also believe in redundancy and backups to backups. I had none in place which is unusual but this last week or so has been hectic. I searched frantically for nearly :30 minutes until I finally found it outside of a the Video folder it should have been placed in. Crisis averted. That said, I identified a crucial gap in our post production process that needs addressing ASAP.
