SO I was in the middle of making Claire's Tarte Tatin when I saw this video in my suggestions. I was dying laughing the whole time. You perfectly captured all of the nuances that make Claire, Claire. On the down side I was distracted for 9 minutes and when I finished the video I had completely burned my apple reduction. Haha. Oh well, it was worth it.
