2021-06-29 00:04:04 +0000 UTCnini going by nina at the end was such a beautiful moment, its so powerful considering we found out in 1x08 that she goes by nini because ricky nicknamed her that so for her to change her name is like an act of liberation for her and im so proud! she seems so much happier when its just her and her music and her ig bio was so cute "just me, myself, and my music".

2021-06-25 22:25:57 +0000 UTCTo be fair, Ricky didn't say anything wrong. I personally dont think the song fit the musical + it will get them disqualified if they use it. So yeah he was rude w/ how he said it, but he was right. Also if i were Ricky I’d be a little upset too if my girlfriend wrote a song about her feeling trapped in our relationship and it went viral but maybe that’s just me. I was expecting this episode to be a bit more entertaining. I wanted them to lean into campy field trip plot, but it was a little underwhelming. Still had funny moments though About Antoine, he's played by Andrew Barth Feldman, who funny enough played Evan Hansen in Dear Evan Hansen on Broadway, which is where a lot of people know him from. Also Roman Banks, who plays Howie, also played Evan on Broadway.
