Regina doesn’t know what Emma had to go through by being sent to prison cuz of Neal and having to give up her son she birth. Regina’s unhappiness is her fault no one else did that she did

I think I get what the writers were trying to go for, but the way it comes out as seems to be "I don't have any regrets or problems with anything I ever did as the Evil Queen because I got Henry out of it". Also, when she's crying to Emma about how all she has is Henry, that's completely all on her for cursing the kingdom, killing her father (which again, she apparently has no regret in doing because she got Henry).
