2021-09-22 14:59:44 +0000 UTCIt´s been so long that I have seen this show. And this just reminded me how good this was! Man, I hate that it only got 2 seasons. The concept and the storytelling is so fun! A little thing I never thought about, there is always an exchange happening, if he keeps things alive, and he uses rotten fruit, so... is some other fruit in close proximity getting bad? And if so, does it really make sense to use rotten fruit for the pie instead of just using fresh ones from the beginning? Anyway, I hope some people keep their tier upgraded and keep requesting that show.

I love everything about this show... from the characters, to the storylines, the mysteries from episode to episode, and all of the artistic visuals, etc... Lee Pace plays Ned, the Pie Maker... my absolute favorite character throughout this show. In case you feel you recognize him at all... he is best known for playing Thranduil... Legolas' father within The Hobbit Trilogy, as well as Ronan within The Guardians of the Galaxy and Captain Marvel. I love everything about Ned. I love just how unique his character is in comparison to any other show and movie. I love Ned's shyness and awkwardness, as well as how uncomfotable he is towards anyone showing him an ykind of love and affection. It's so sad, but I love that Chuck appears to be the only one capable of helping him to break free. Also... I love his so called "gift", or rather, his ability to bring the dead back to life for one minute, while there are restrictions and apparent rules to his "gift" that have yet to be explored. Just you wait for all to come!!! :) I love Ned's beloved dog, Digby as well. He's such a cutie, and so loyal to Ned. And while Ned can't pet him, you can tell that Digby understands Ned and still loves him very deeply. They are the best of friends. :) Chuck, or Charlotte Charles is played by Anna Friel, and she is absolutely adorable, as is Olive Snook... played by Kristin Chenoweth, whom I absolutely love just like you do too. :) Chuck's Aunts Lily and Vivian are great characters too. I love them, and the weirdness and humor they bring to this show as well. Swoosie Kurtz and Ellen Greene are a lot of fun. And then... we have Emerson Cod played by Chi McBride, known for all of the roles you pointed out for him. I love Emerson as a character for the humor he too brings out within this show, and I love the deal he makes with Ned upon discovering the truth about Ned's gift. Ned and Emerson, and now Chuck, all make for a very unique team up of characters, and yet they bring so much to this incredible and beautiful show. Pushing Daisies is unlike any show I've ever seen before. Yet it has the magic and power I feel from watching Once Upon a Time, as well as the charm and humor that I love so much from watching Lucifer too. This is a beautiful show. It's beautiful, powerful, exciting, unique, charming, funny, and overall,,, fabulous in every way. And yes... like you, I love the added narration throughout this show as well. Narration that helps us to understand Ned's so called "gift", as well as what's going on with the mysteries that come about throuhout this show too. I cannot wait for you to continue watching it!!!
