Its a bit hypocritical of Anna to expect that Elsa should be understanding of her lie of finding and returning with an item that could directly negatively effect Elsa, while at the same time being unforgivingly judgmental about Ingrid's lie, which was a deeply personal and painful memory that Anna and Elsa were not obligated to know until Ingrid was ready to share it.
