The show aired around 2007-2008.
And I also love seeing actors I know.
I recognize the guy from Supernatural and the girl from Glee.
So right after this the redhead immediately got to work with Kristin Chenoweth again.
I think it´s great that they involve Olive with the aunts, especially since it gives us the opportunity to also further connect with Vivian and Lily. They are fun characters, in their very eccentric ways.

Pigeon- You are wonderful, Jessie! Thank you so very much for reacting to an extra episode of Pushing Daisies for me too! Words cannot express my gratitude for you enough. Nonetheless... I truly appreciate all you do for us. And I am thoroughly loving watching all of your reactions for my favorite shows and movies. So, thank you truly.
I really enjoy this episode a lot too. Ned and Chuck are so adorable together, and I really love Emerson, Olive, and Aunts Lily and Vivian too. Such a fun show and I'm so happy you're continuing to watch it for me!
Like you... I love that while the look of the pigeon flying looks fake, or cheesy, and these effects might not work for any other show, they absolutely do work for this one because it's so whimsical and these effects suits the magical elements of such a show as beautiful as this one.
I enjoy the overall case of the plane hijacker that our characters must solve to get justice for the man who had been killed when the plane crashed into his apartment accidentally due to Pigeon crashing through the propeller blades.
And it's fun seeing the convict and woman living in the windmill come together in a very bizarre, yet cute sort of romance.
I agree with you that it's so much fun seeing actors we know from other shows and movies, appear in the current shows and/or movies from much earlier on as well. And I definitely recognized these two characters brought in for this episode just as you did. Just from different shows or movies you might have recognized them from.
Once again... I feel so sad for Ned because you can really see just how much he truly longs to be able to touch Chuck, as well as Digby again without overwhelming fear such as he always feels whenever they're near. And it's so sad when Ned is unable to catch Chuck when she falls, only for him to then become jealous when someone else does.
Ned is just the sweetest guy you could ever meet, and he deserves to have all the happiness in the world. Especially because he has lived such a sheltered and lonely life because of his "gift".
And Chuck deserves to be just as happy with him and her aunts too. It's so sad that she can't do anything more to help her aunts outside of simply sending them her special pies to try to make them feel better.
But I love Olive all the more for finding it in her heart to protect not only Lily and Vivian, but Chuck as well upon seeing Chuck, Ned, and Emerson arrive while they're there too.
And lastly... I love hearing Olive once again sing, along with Vivian too. I absolutely love Kristin Chenoweth and her amazing voice. And Birdhouse in My Soul by They Might Be Giants is a fun song.
Thank you once again, Jessie! I am excited for your next reaction for more Pushing Daisies like always. Lucifer and Once Upon a Time too! And now... I can't wait for your reaction for Holiday Inn as well!!! I really hope you will love it :)
Thank you!
Sincerely,
Heidi
