Omg, I should have! lol I took it as he was not equipt to be a parent but didn't know what else to do so he took her under his wing. When you put it that why that is pretty terrifying! If those were the worst then I am super excited to continue because they were really good!

Was a bit hesitant to pick it because of the outfit, but thought it should be fine since you saw it in this episode anyway. That´s her default outfit from now on. I´m a bit surprised you didn´t have more of a reaction to the fact that Gilbert´s brother basically kidnapped an orphan and "gifted" Violet to Gilbert, to use her as a tool. That´s kinda... effed up. I love the interactions with the clients. Violet´s lack of emotions/empathy is so entertaining. The talk she had with Cattleya is really interesting. The theme of people being contradictory is reflected in both the female client and Erica. Both weren´t honest. The client portrait herself as confident and not that interested, because she didn´t want to be seen as "too easy" and Erica defended Violet not because she truly believed that Violet is suited for the job, but because she feels like she isn´t suited herself. You know, for me personally the first two episodes are kinda the "worst" ones. They are good, but it gets so much better from now on. It kinda feels like the prologue and story setup is done now. So I´m excited for you to continue this.
