I obviously don’t know how they did it in the Campaign, but I really like how they did this whole faith arc for Pike instead of not showing us her character and just saying she went somewhere.

2022-02-12 18:12:36 +0000 UTCAs the Everlight said. "Any path can be a holy one" Pike just has to choose to walk that path. So she has to actively accept to walk with Vox Machina, despite their sometimes questionable actions. I really like how we already saw early on that Pike struggles with her Faith. Like when she was hesitant to bless the house. Subconsciously she didn´t feel like she deserved the Everlight. In the end it had nothing to do with the Briarwoods, it was just a catalyst for her to go on that self discovery journey.
