Mermay WIP (Blue Mermaid)
Added 2019-05-26 20:34:29 +0000 UTCI made a pink mermaid last year so this year I went blue!
Still trying to decide if I should keep the outlines or not. Maybe only outline the body and not the hair? A hard decision. Trying my best to find the time to actually finish it.
