ピクシブ規約改定に伴い今後の方針--About my future activities

いつもご支援、応援ありがとうございます。

今回ピクシブ株式会社にて共通の利用規約が改定するそうで、以下の項目にて一部の作品を非公開にする可能性が出てきました。

■サービス上でコンテンツや商品の取引をされている皆さまへのお願い

現在、BOOTH、pixivFANBOX、pixivリクエスト機能では多くの取引が行われております。

その中に、弊社が定めるサービス利用規約第14条禁止行為の26項「本サービスを利用して以下の商品の出品・販売・購入・登録等の取引を行う行為」に違反した取引が確認されております。

また、国際カードブランド等の規約でも、下記を含むコンテンツや商品の取引が禁止されております。

・児童ポルノまたは児童虐待

・近親相姦

・獣姦

・レイプ (同意の無い性的行為)

・人または体の非合法的な切断　

など公序良俗に反する行為

とのこと、

一先ず情報収集と１１月下旬にコンテンツ基準が提示されるとのことなので、11月中は今まで通りにします。

12月から非公開化を実施予定ですが、

どの程度の規制なのか・・・。様子見もしていきます。

また、今後一部コンテンツによって運用が難しい場合は、別の媒体に移行する場合も視野に入れるべきなのかと検討中です。その場合はまた同じ形でお知らせいたします。

I have heard that Pixiv Inc. is going to revise the common terms of use, and there is a possibility that some of the works will be closed to the public in the following section.

A request to all those who are trading contents and products on the service.

Currently, there are many transactions taking place on BOOTH, pixivFANBOX, and pixiv Request function.

Among them, we have confirmed that some transactions have violated Article 14, Item 26 of our Terms of Service Prohibited Activities, which stipulates "the act of using this service to display, sell, purchase, register, or otherwise conduct transactions for the following products:".

In addition, the terms and conditions of international card brands, etc. also prohibit transactions of content or products that include the following

Child pornography or child abuse

Incest

Bestiality

Rape (sexual acts without consent)

Illegal mutilation of the person or body　

and other acts that are offensive to public order and morals.

I'll continue as before during the month of November, as we are gathering information and content standards will be presented in late November.

Starting in December, some of the works will be closed to the public,and I will also test the degree of regulation.

I am also considering whether we should also look into the case of moving to another medium in the future if the content makes it difficult to provide the information. In that case, we will let you know in the same form again.
