Well I did not make today's live stream. But I also joined here on Patreon today. The making of bread is a subject that I do enjoy doing. I have made my own sourdough bread many times starting from flour and water then baking a fresh loaf. My first few bread loafs were failures due to the yeast being not mature enough and me being a newbie. Yet after time you learn as your starter ages. When I do not bake a loaf of bread I will make sourdough pancakes or waffles from the starter.
