Nutmeg Tavern Bookclub?
Added 2020-12-01 17:25:49 +0000 UTCWe are planning on a special series starting tomorrow and culminating in a special livestream December 16th. Starting tomorrow I will start reading "A Christmas Carol" one stave (chapter) at a time. It will be five livestreams: December 2nd, 3rd, 8th,10th and 15th. Then we will have a special Wednesday (December 16th) livestream with Carol Jarboe where we will discuss the story and the historically interesting parts. This is in addition to our normal schedule. I hope you can join us!

However, I should be able to come up with a way to directly connect the Bluetooth receiver to the radio. It's one of those back burner ideas that I'll probably get around to this winter. With all of the old radio shows that are available on the 'net it sure would be nice to just Bluetooth directly from the computer to the radio.

2020-12-01 20:42:03 +0000 UTCI need to put a Bluetooth receiver in one of these antique radios I have around here (that's been on the project list for awhile) so I can kick back, close my eyes and listen to these stories on the radio while warming my hands by the gentle glow of the vacuum tubes. Who would'a thought that the 18th century could revive the old time radio show? Fibber McGee would be so proud of you.
