2023-04-20 15:52:12 +0000 UTCI loved this show! Or rather the german adaptation "Das Haus Anubis". Interesting that the episodes are long, for some reason my version of this show was cut into 10 minute episodes. But in exchange the first season had 112 episodes. It´s kinda cheesy and doesn´t have the greatest acting, but 13 year old me was obsessed with this. If I knew where to find the german version with english subtitles I would request it once just for comparison´s sake. It will be interesting for me to see the differences in this. The music is definitely the same and made me kinda nostalgic. And even some of the filming sets looked almost identical. Except for Nina and Mara all the names are different, but I definitely recognize their personalities. They are all very similar. Patricia in this is way more annoying than the version I know. Maybe it´s the voice, I kinda hate her so far. It´s interesting that she and Nina have to share a room. That seems like such a bad time. In the german version Nina and Amber are in one room instead.
