I thought a day's rest would be all right, but it's still bad.
I'm afraid I won't be able to commission work for a while.
So I'll focus on my patreon work for the time being.

Oh no... Hang in there dude. Make sure your health is your highest priority. Perhaps even take a break from drawing if you can. It is possible to pause patreon campaigns, for a month or indefinitely.

You might also have to adjust your workspace so you are less likely to tire your wrist. If it is possible see a physiotherapist for advice, but that might be expensive. Take care of your physical health...
