Anime update!
Added 2025-06-17 22:25:24 +0000 UTCHey all! As the title says, a bit of an update on the anime thing which I posted a couple of weeks ago.
After some thought about the feedback I've received both here and on the community post on YT, I've decided to give it a go. That said, I'm a little concerned about copyright issues so I'm going to post anime reactions on a separate channel, though the full-lengths and early access vids will be available here as usual.
My plan is to start with Cowboy Bebop because I was looking for a shorter anime to test the waters with, plus apparently it has a good dub? If this works out and I decide to continue with anime, I'll probably go with subbed stuff but figured it would be easier to start with something simpler.
I did briefly consider Attack on Titan or Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood as I know those are popular but I've seen quite a few reaction channels that I watch start those recently and don't want to oversaturate the market lol (plus those are both long I think!).
If any anime-enjoyers here think I'm making a massive mistake starting with Cowboy Bebop, please let me know (I haven't started recording yet) but I've only ever heard praise for it!

I'm planning on using subs for everything else in the future. Just using the dubs for CB!

2025-06-18 07:55:21 +0000 UTCI prefer subtitled personally but there are really 2 camps. If you're watching dubs maybe you can turn on the original language for a few minutes so you can hear it for yourself - regardless of what you upload. And also you can poll YouTube if you want to know the potential audience there. Cowboy Bebop is really good, I haven't seen it in forever and I don't remember what happens. For me I can watch the full-length and it doesn't have audio, right? So that won't be an issue at all, I can watch the original language.
