November Update: Free Month and Big Changes Ahead
Added 2019-10-31 12:17:12 +0000 UTCI've been working Saturdays and realigning my goals and purposes. I'm way behind again! That means November is free!
I'll still do another name drawing on the second Saturday or Sunday this month and I'm putting another Secret picture on my Trello.
My workload is still too much to keep ahead of. I like to experiment and learn and create all kinds of different things, and I find that everything I promise to provide on a monthly basis I get tired of after a while. So I'm planning an overhaul of my Patreon. I want to make it very simple, promising only a few things that I KNOW I can provide every month, such as High-Res Images and a PSD or two each month. That way I can focus my attention on new, fun, projects instead of getting bogged down by old obligations.
I'll give everyone plenty of notice, and until then I'll hold on to my current model. The kind of artist I am is very transient. One week I'm really into commissions, another I'm obsessed with comics, the next week I'm reading the US Constitution and pondering our rights as citizens and how important it is not to take them for granted, and the next week I'm drawing butts. I need my Patreon to allow me the freedom to experiment.
