Options:
1) Equip the goggles to check stats and defend from incoming attack
Action: Equip the goggles to check the Orc's stats and help you see his attack, so you can defend, and then counter it with your next action.
2) Let the Orc attack first, avoid him, and use Slime's Edge to immobilize him
Action: The enemy is ready for an attack, but we have a advantage point he doesn't know: what the slime edge is capable of! Wait for the right opportunity, and right when the orc pounces to strike, avoid the attack and command the slime edge to wrap and immobilize the orc! Disarm him too while we are at it!
3) Tackle and wrestle the big orc and pin him to the ground. Show him who's the boss!
