Custom Psi Colorizers are now available!

A new reward is now available for all 2$+ patrons. If you're a fan of Psi, you may now pick a set of colors for your custom Psi Colorizer. When you do this, if you craft a CAD ingame using a Psi Colorizer, the CAD and any spells you make with it will flow between the colors you picked!
The feature will become available ingame upon the release of Psi for 1.15, which is coming soon. I'm allowing you guys to submit your colors ahead of time so you can have it right when it's out. (I don't know when it's out, that's on Kamefrede's hands)
To apply for the colorizer, please fill in the relevant sections in the patreon form. Please include your name, minecraft username, and colorizer colors. I also request you fill in the "Have you filled this form before?" checkmark.

While usually I allow re-filling of the form to update the botania flower, I request you don't do that now with the intent of expediting the process.
EDIT: Fixed the form being limited to one response. You should be able to fill it in again.
