Helixftr Deluxe: Character Selection

Helixftr Deluxe's character select screen has been redesigned. The new design gives a much larger preview of the characters, as well as a scrolling preview of the character's background.

I'm curious to hear if anyone has any performance issues with this screen. I ended up drawing the background with the GPU because I thought it might be slightly easier (it really wasn't), and set it to a (hopefully) smooth 60 FPS. Displaying the backgrounds also requires much more data downloading, so it's possible for the select screen to display before everything is fully loaded. Further adjustments may be needed to compensate for slower connections.

Be aware that going to character selection now exits the play state instead of displaying it on top.

Helixftr Deluxe is tested in Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome on Windows 10. Performance currently appears to be significantly worse in Chrome for some reason, so using Firefox is encouraged.
