Shes supposed to look tomboy-ish, and is supposed to have quite a bit more muscle compared to average. Shes a bit closer to Jin's "built like a bull" than your standard cultivator girl.
The shirt shes wearing is still Jin's. Shes stolen it. It's now hers.

But the whole point of a sexy catgirl's existence is to look sexy for the male gaze. And your writing, and the artist, have captured here a truly essential component of Tigu's nature: she's *not here to be sexy*. She's *not here to be a girl*. She's *not even here to be a cat* (at least, not exclusively, not anymore). She's here to *kick ass*. Because that's what important to *her*. That drawing, that character, absolutely *burns* with agency. And *that* is what makes her the polar opposite of the "sexy catgirl". And that's what gives me the seen-and-validated gender feels.
