New Patreon show and Battlefield 1 Myths Vol.18

Today I released another Behind The Face and announced I was planning another Patreon show and I'm pretty certain I've concluded what I want it to be. Unsure what it will be titled but I think it will be a commentary track covering videos which have no behind the scenes material. There's tons of videos to cover from the past and I'm sure there will be plenty to cover in the future. There's usually a story behind every DTH video and this series will be covering those, from Bot Battle to Details, lots of juicy behind the scenes information will be included in this show. This show will be exclusively for $5 Patreons, at least that's the current plan. I feel the $5 tier needs more, I think the $1 and $2 have great rewards but simply a name credit and early Behind the Myths is kindof meh and needs improving. Shoutout to you $10 pledges though, you high rollers.

New podcast is out soon, me, Jamison and Ben discussed PUBG vs Fortnite, the future of the BR genre, what we had been playing this month and what we're excited for in the big gaming month of October. Me and Jamison also recorded a monthly review round-up for September covering Mario + Rabbids: Kingdom Battle, Destiny 2, Dishonored: Death of the Outsider and Cuphead.

The next main videos will likely be Battlefield 1 Myths Vol.18, PUBG Myth Vol.5 and BF1 Details Vol.3. I've also been pushing Jamison to get back into his 'Beauty Of' series. Jamison has guaranteed a Beauty video for Destiny 2 and Star Wars Battlefront 2 and Beauty of Battlefield 1 is becoming a possibility. 

I'm going to be doing a little bit of experimenting into some new ideas but I don't want to overwhelm the channel, I do all this mostly by myself and I don't want to give myself 30 series to balance. I like the current lineup a lot and think I will keep it how it is for a while. I think I am going to start pre-planning 'Types of Battlefield 1 Players' though, just trying to not overwhelm the channel with BF1 and keep DTH varied, hopefully Battlefront 2 will help us do that.

Here is the myth list for Battlefield Myths Vol.18:

Myth: A horse can launch a boat.

Myth: Equipment stays if you die/switch team.

Myth: You can kill yourself with your own pigeon strike.

Myth: You can mount a bipod on a horse.

Myth: You can lance charge someone off a horse.

Myth: You can lance charge someone out a vehicle.

Myth: You can get a tank on the Dreadnought.

It might be slightly too much stuff for one episode, it might not look like a big list but quite a few of them are extensive, might drip into Vol.19. Should be a good episode though, some of the results were really fun.
