Fix patch and some News

- Cheats returned;
- Removed the time lock in Nancy's route, which prevented the use of the bed.
Among other things, we are currently fixing old, annoying bugs. Such as the impossibility of activating a quest if the character is wearing a unique costume. This is 9 out of 10 incoming bug reports :D
Don't forget about Steam. Achievements are broken there again.... FOR WHAT?!!!111 We are also fixing it.
Don't ask about plans. A two-month delay has killed all plans... Now put all your efforts into polishing the game. There are also ideas to "close the gestalt" with the unspoken fates of Kat, Susan and Mishwanda.
